HOW TO MAKE IT AT HOME
All the hot chocolate beverages in our coffee stores, are made with 2 tablespoons of powder for each cup, using fresh milk complete for a perfect flavor. At home, it is made by first stirring the powder with the cold milk and then warming it on the pot with constant stirring until it coagulates.
Add 20g of powder to 230ml of fresh full fat milk, stir well and heat up to 65°C.
For a classic glass of cold chocolate, two tablespoons of chocolate powder, half a glass of fresh milk and 5-6 ice in the blender, or a multi-cutter that can crush the ice, are required. Alternatively, one can hit a large milk shaker with the powder and serve on ice cubes.
